Property Scope Of WorkHouse Finders Program - Welcome to our live Scope Of Work, hands-on training opportunity! A major component of this program is being able to fill out a "scope of work" on a property in order to learn more about what a real estate investor does. Estimating the exact repairs and clean up on a property is crucial for maximum ROI for an investor.
  • Date: Saturday, December 8th
  • Time: 1:00-2:00PM
  • Location: 2204 E. Willamette Ave., 80909 (Knob Hill area)
  • Bring a flash light if you feel you need one (electricity is currently off)
  • No open toe shoes
  • Must sign Waiver of Liability
  • Be prepared, this house is really dirty and ugly, just how we like them! 🙂 (but not a health hazzard)
